Moving forward, once you create an account with OpenGov, you can apply for almost any license through the City each year.
City of Fitchburg Ordinances require Short Term Rental properties to be licensed. The annual licensing period starts July 1st and ends the following June 30th.
The following requirements are to be submitted along with your online application.
License Fee $150 (due at time of submission)
Proof of Property and Liability Insurance
Copy of Public Health Madison and Dane County Hotel/Motel/Tourist Rooming House License
