The Fitchburg Community Center, located at 5510 Lacy Road, is designed to provide facilities for recreational activities, meetings, and social events.
Please note: Rooms cannot be rented more than 90 days in advance.
To inquire about availability or put in a reservation request please call (608) 270-4285 or visit the Recreation Office. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed for all room reservation requests. We cannot accommodate requests within 2 weeks.
When renting a room, groups must factor in setup/cleanup time needed into the reservation time block. We do not allow groups to come in prior to their reservation time to setup (decorate) or stay beyond the reservation end time to cleanup. For example, if you have a reservation from 12:00 pm -4:00 pm on a Saturday, you will get access to the room at 12:00 pm and all guests must be out of the building at the 4:00 pm end time.
